Our flat structure and focus on freedom and autonomy takes away traditional top-down management, so your programme team will be an autonomous, flowing, passionate group of specialists who are all guided by our ultimate purpose: making great days at work. To us, this means all the best work and the most brave and innovate voices are heard and not lost. Each team will have coaches with a breadth of experience to help, advise and guide, but never dictate or interfere.
