A WHOLE NEW WORLD FOR CLARKS
The retail landscape has shifted and Clarks were up for transforming their engagement approach. When we first started our journey, we found training cards in dusty boxes and paper-based communications from head office. The employee experience was also inconsistent – but Clarks had an appetite for change and they were speaking to the right people! A year later, we launched a mobile-optimised platform with performance dashboards, league tables, online learning, communication and social recognition. Engagement is now through the roof, with some of the highest levels of staff interaction we’ve ever seen!
RECOGNISING THE STARS OF ASDA's BUSINESS
Sometimes things need freshening up. That's why ASDA asked us to look at their old recognition approach. They understand that when colleagues are engaged and feel recognised and rewarded, their customers' experience will only get better and better. They also saw the need to move away from sending costly mail-outs... but our challenge was: most staff didn’t have email addresses or company phones! Thankfully, we developed an impactful solution for their 140,000 colleagues to discover and share the great work that's happening across their business. Today, ASDA's solution continues to grow and innovate with its ever-changing needs.
A GREAT DAY AT WORK FOR COMPASS
Traditional surveys don’t cut it anymore. Compass knew that and wanted a solution that measures happiness in the workplace and sparks the conversation about what makes a great day for their people; driving them and their managers to take action. Luckily we had something we made earlier… only joking! Compass is a large organisation with a unique culture and thousands of people around the world, so we designed and created a solution just for them. We started by launching an engagement survey incorporating Compass' priorities and now we're developing, enhancing and adding features as we learn, evolve and constantly improve.

BSkyB is an innovative, agile, technology-driven business with great people at the heart of everything they do. They are also brave, and when we challenged their approach... well, they were up for it!
