Account Manager – Surveys
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services team, facilitating on multiple employee engagement survey programmes.
Ideally, you would be commercially focused, proactive, great at building long-lasting relationships and competent dealing with substantial amounts of data; adding formulas, performing look ups, producing graphical representation and extracting insight and findings to share with clients. You will relish engaging with clients at a senior level, supporting with strategic plans and managing budgets – as well as working closely with our agile development and other specialist teams to deliver solutions efficiently. You'd make sure things run smoothly, every step of the way.
Relevant experience, preferably within an agency, would be great – and a good working knowledge of employee or customer surveys would be even better! Ideally, you'd have worked within, or have experience of the Service and Retail sectors.
